The purpose of the Convening of ECMCF Fellows is to highlight challenges and opportunities within postsecondary CTE and foster connections among the ECMC Foundation Fellows that will support them in making an impact in the field.  The three-day event includes a range of local cultural and networking opportunities, inspiring speakers, career and technical education-focused breakouts and skill building workshops.  Responsibilities included:

  - Budget Oversight & Management
  - Run of Show & Technical Production Oversight
  - Vendor Contracting, Management & Payment

  - Speaker Logistics, Briefings & Tech Rehearsals 
  - Attendee Communications

  - Registration Platform & Event App Management

   - Overall Project Management & Event Logistics
