The inaugural cohort of Quad Fellows convened in Melbourne, Australia for the program’s first ever Summit, held June 5 - June 10, 2023. The residential program included cultural experiences, workshops, keynote and interactive sessions.  Responsibilities included:

  - Agenda Oversight & Strategic Planning Guidance 
  - Budget Creation and Management 
  - Run of Show & Technical Production 
  - Vendor Contracting, Management & Payment

  - Speaker Logistics, Briefings & Tech Rehearsals

  - Venue and Hotel Scouting, Contracting, Room Block Coordination

  - Spearheaded Offsite Meal & Activities Across 18 Different Venues

  - Creative and Graphic Design, Overall Look & Feel

  - Event Staffing
